Ms. Andrushko is the President of DuPont Canada, and Global Account Director, Advanced Printing, Electronics & Communications. She joined DuPont in May 1990, and has progressed throughout her career holding positions of increasing responsibility and scope.

She started her career in DuPont working in several businesses, and handled customer accounts in Canada, the United States and Mexico. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Paint Association.

In April 2000, Ms. Andrushko was appointed Business Manager Cyrel® Packaging Graphics and Color Proofing Products in Canada. In January 2004, she became Global Project Lead for Marketing and Sales Effectiveness in Imaging Technologies. A year later, she added Director of Marketing and Sales Effectiveness for DuPont Canada, Business Director of Imaging and Electronics Technologies, and Business Director of Customer Order Fulfillment and Delivery to her responsibilities.

In October 2006, Ms. Andrushko transferred to DuPont Titanium Technologies as Sales Manager, North America - Plastics Segment before joining DuPont Packaging Graphics in October of 2008. In April of 2015 she became the Americas Director with responsibility for North and South America.

She is based at DuPont Canada’s Corporate headquarters in Mississauga and also works out of DuPont’s global head office in Delaware.

Ms. Andrushko was born in Canada and graduated on the Dean’s Honour roll from the University of Toronto in 1990 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, focused on Economics, Marketing and Finance. She also has a Black Belt in Six Sigma methodology.
