Predicade™ Receives Registration for Grass and Broadleaf Weeds

Mississauga, Ontario - February 17, 2015 – For cereal growers, the choice has just gotten easier. DuPont Crop Protection announced today the addition of DuPont™ Predicade™ herbicide to its extensive lineup of leading cereal herbicides. Predicade™ is registered for use in spring and durum wheat and is an excellent new one-pass answer to broad-spectrum weed control.

Now the complete solution cereal growers have been waiting for is here: Predicade™, offered in a convenient 40 acre case. It leverages the power of the premium Group 2 graminicide, thiencarbazone, along with tribenuron, thifensulfuron, fluroxypyr and MCPA. These five active ingredients from two different herbicide groups (Groups 2 & 4) will help growers fight their toughest broadleaf and grassy weeds including cleavers, narrow-leaved hawk’s-beard, dandelion, night-flowering catchfly, white cockle, scentless chamomile and wild oats.
