Each year the DuPont Women’s Network (DWN) recognizes extraordinary women across the globe in honor of International Women’s Day, celebrated March 8, 2020.
Since the 1980s, our employee-led Employee Resource Groups have supported cultural affinities, helping us respect and embrace our differences and similarities.
Our Employee Resource Groups have helped cultivate a culture of acceptance where our employees feel not only accepted, but celebrated, at every level. Each group is actively sponsored by senior leadership, helping model and promote inclusive values and behaviors.
Advocates for developing Black employees to be leaders within the organizations and be consistently prepared to meet future business challenges.
DPAG is a network of Asian employees that promotes an inclusive and empowered environment by increasing awareness of Asian cultures and perspectives to support DuPont’s global business growth.
The DuPont Pride ERG for LGBTQ+ community and their allies. Its purpose is to foster an inclusive workplace environment and create a sense of belonging for LGBTQ+ employees worldwide.

About the GOLD Program
The DuPont GOLD (Growth Opportunities Leading in Diversity) program is geared towards exposing doctoral and post-doctoral scientists from underrepresented groups to the wide range of career opportunities in industrial research at DuPont. Focus areas are chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, polymer science and closely-related fields.
