2022 key accomplishments

• 35% reduction of Scopes 1 and 2 GHG emissions from baseline – surpassing our 2030 goal. Strengthened our 2030 Scopes 1 and 2 GHG reduction commitment to 50% with targets validated by the Science Based Targets Initiative.

• Reduced Scope 3 GHG emissions by over 1MM MT CO2 e in 2022 – 10% reduction from 2021.

• Sourced 57% renewable electricity* –  a 200% increase from the previous year. 37 sites operate using 100% renewable electricity*

2022 key accomplishments

• Delivered innovative technology, engaging in more than 7,000 customer water projects in industrial and municipal settings, helping customers solve complex water purification challenges, including the reuse of water and other valuable raw materials.

• Awarded Water.org a grant to provide 120,000 people with a year of access to safe water or improved sanitation in areas facing water scarcity around the world and signed on to the Water Resilience Coalition to reduce water stress in the most challenged water basins.

2022 key accomplishments

• Ranked among top 10% of industry peers for safety performance for employee health and safety*. 

• Achieved zero injury performance at 85% of manufacturing sites and qualified for 26 site safety awards.

• Launched four of 10 Life Saving Behaviors—Line of Fire, Work Authorization, Energy Isolation, and Driving Safety. One Life Saving Behavior was rolled out each quarter.
