Taking action to drive visibility and accelerate improvement
We have developed a detailed strategy to achieve systemic improvements in gender and racial/ethnic representation across our entire business around the world. This strategy is centered on respect, equity and understanding. Our goal is to become one of the most diverse and inclusive organizations by 2030.
In 2020, we were all forced to reckon with the realities of racial injustice and discrimination in our communities, causing many of us to reflect on our own attitudes and beliefs. Wanting to be part of the global solution, DuPont Water & Protection (W&P) created the W&P Respect and Equity Council to advance respect, equity and inclusion.
DuPont W&P created the Ignite mentorship program to help build a diverse pipeline of talent by developing female leaders.
